With the advance of the educational reform,the traditional methods cannot adapt to the development of today society.If high school class management is in the full charge of class teacher,other subject teachers cannot have more chances to participate in class management,so that students' ability and personality cannot be fully and freely developed.The present concept of education is human-oriented,self-management,which indicates the direction of the transformation of class management.Class teacher,while in the class management,can no longer be self-centered,instead should avoid being arbitrary in education management,and should fully mobilize the initiative of students,allowing students to participate in class management.In the meanwhile,class teacher can also supervise and guide the students' self-managemennt,which helps to improve their self-management and the cultivation of their personality and ability,and harmonize and cope with their interpersonal relationship,eventually laying a good foundation to cultivate morally sound citizens.The domestic and foreign educators attach great importance to students,self-management,and many education practioners have also had in-depth study of the concept and put it into practice.However,because there exist many uncertain factors,such as students' origin,faculty,teaching environment and other factors of uncertainty,there is a big difference in the management strategy.How to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students,and how to improve the efficiency of class management,need to be deeply studied.Faced with the drawbacks of the traditional management model,along with the current situation of social development,we should put forward class self-management strategies from different angles,in order to achieve the goal of education and promote the physically-mentally healthy development of students.This study,based on a high school in Danyang city of Jiangsu Province,with 500 students,15 subject teachers and 35 class teachers as the research object,uses the questionnaire and interview,gets to know the current situation of the high school class self-management,analyzes the existing problems and factors,and puts forwards suggestions for improvement in class self-management.Through the study,I found that the main problems in the class self-management of this high school class are:Students lack awareness of self-management,leading to low independency in study and life.Teachers are in lack of independent management concept so as to fail to create a good environment for students.What's worse,management objectives are not clear.The construction of class organization doesn't reflect on democratic management system.The class management fails to involve all members.The class management activities weight form over effect,and the class cultural management puts an emphasis on presentation rather than connotation.According to the above problems,I put forward the following suggestions:(1)cultivate students' self-management consciousness;(2)further improve the competence of teachers themselves;(3)make class management objectives scientific and standardized;(4)construct the class organization rationally;(5)standardize class policy;(6)carry out class activities in order;(7)enrich cultural connotation of class management.
