Class cadre is the core of a class,class cadre management is the basic organization of school management,promoting the formation of a good atmosphere in the class and the construction of an excellent class group,it played an important role on the students' physical and mental growth and the improvement of comprehensive quality.Therefore,how to create favorable educational conditions for class cadre management is an important subject which is worth studying for educators,especially for head teachers.On the basis of studying a large number of relevant literature,the author used questionnaires and interviews to conduct an in-depth investigation of class cadre management in three senior high schools in Shantou.Discovery some problems in the class cadre post setting,selection,training,support,evaluation and others,this article attempts to make schools and teachers manage class cadre based on characteristics of student,set up reasonable class cadre positions and responsibilities,enrich the selection criteria and selection way of class cadre,systematically and consistently train class cadre,establish and improve the class cadre of guarantee system,clear the class cadre system of rewards and punishments,scientifically evaluate class cadre and teachers should enhance "the class cadre management" in terms of quality,in order to provide reference for senior high school class cadre management.The article is divided into four parts.The first part discusses the reason,purpose and significance of this study,elaborates the research status,research ideas and methods and so on.The second part introduces the compilation,implementation and results of the questionnaire "Survey on the Current Situation of Class Cadre Management in Senior High Schools" and analysis of the interviews,so as to fully grasp the current situation of class cadre management in ordinary high schools in Shantou City of Guangdong Province.The third part analyzes the current situation of class cadre management in three senior high school in Shantou according to the survey results.The class cadre selection standard is out of date,the selection method lacks democracy;Class cadre training is not in place;The class cadre security system is deficient;Class cadre assessment system is not complete.And then the author try to find out the reasons separately from the school,teacher in charge and students.The main reasons include the following aspects :(1)the school,teacher in charge of the ideological work of class cadres do not pay attention to guidance;(2)The concept of "class cadre management" of the head teacher is outdated and cannot keep pace with The Times;(3)Students' cognition of class cadres' roles is biased.The fourth part combines the conclusions of the previous chapter,and puts forward the optimization strategy of class cadre management in senior high schools.
