Women Ecological Emigration Society Under The Perspective Of Social Work Into The Study

Poverty alleviation and ecological migration program as an important decision of poverty alleviation and development in our country,is an important part of ecological construction in our country,the Guizhou province since 2012 since the implementation of ecological migration for poverty alleviation,has accumulated relocation of 620000 people,the essence of which is dealing with the relationship between good man and nature,the people for environmental conditions area of poverty,the situation of worsening ecological environment caused by poverty,the core is to realize the move to draw,to retain and grow rich" goal.Ecologicalmigration,however,is not a simple population migration activity,not a single living environment changes,and other types of immigration activities also are essentially different,after the move followed by production life style,the change of the social network relations;In the traditional concept of women's family status is not high,family roles and complex,especially in the countryside to liquidate,genderdifferences and feminism under the background of more and more high,so these immigrants from in relatively closed and backward mountainous area,the ecological immigrant women as leading relocation or follow family move group,whether can achieve social integration in the new environment,oorthy of attention.In this paper,through literature review,the help of the relevant academic research,the female ecological migrants social integration measurement is divided into three dimensions,respectively is melt into,into social relations,psychology into economy.According to the characteristics of the research object in three dimensions,select a number of indicators to measure respectively.According to the characteristics of the research object in three dimensions,select a number of indicators to measure respectively.Through the analysis of the data and the interview data to the following conclusion,1)economy into the worst aspects of female immigrants,scored lowest,mainly in less types of employment,employment places are limited,too much pressure on household income,improve income less confident,2)female immigrants into the social relations,scored higher;3)psychology into slightly better than into the economy,but the score is still a bit low,immigrant women generally showed the area of origin has a strong nostalgia emotions,the site has a lot of dissatisfaction,but also satisfied with relocation area traffic,school environment,so the living will also higher;4)the overall social integration degree is not high,the score is low compared with male immigrants.At the same time,in this paper,in addition to the gender variable as the key factors are analyzed,also chose the individual characteristics,variables,such as public security environment,immigration policy and society into the analysis of the relationship.Finally the author based on the above three conclusions and related factors,on the basis of professional social work theory and method,from the case work,group work,community work,put forward the improving female immigrant society into the intervention strategy,to enhance the immigrant women's self-confidence,learning ability,employment skills,reduce the family burden,etc.,in the resettlement area can better achieve social integration.
