Study On The Guidance Of College Ideological And Political Education Under The Environment Of Network Public Opinion

Network has a huge amount of popularity in China among the people in the development of the network society,although the network technology to the society and the ideological and political education has great value,but to the network as the carrier of public opinion environment on College Students' political values,attitudes and behavior have caused many effects.At present,China's leaders attach great importance to the role of network public opinion and the significance of the network to the ideological and political education,it can fully use the network public opinion environment brings opportunities and adverse effects to effectively deal with the network public opinion environment,means important practical and theoretical significance for the healthy development of college students and social stability.Due to the characteristics of the virtual,open,pluralistic,irrational and other characteristics of the network environment,the impact on the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities in all aspects of the university.On the one hand,the network of public opinion environment brings infinite knowledge and resources for teachers and students in Colleges and universities,adding new content for the ideological and political education;on the other hand,the college students have to be at a loss what to do such a complex environment,and even cause the spread of mass incidents.Therefore,it is an important issue that how to make use of the educational significance of the network public opinion environment,how to avoid the disadvantages and promote the healthy and effective ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.According to this paper from theory to practice,from the discovery of the problem to study the route to solve the problem,on the basis of the research status at home and abroad,using the method of literature research the network public opinion environment definition,method of thinking and political education environment theory,method and application of empirical research that influence network public opinion environment for college students.According to the theoretical basis and practical problems,systematically guide the ideological and political education specific methods of public opinion in the network environment under the influence of macro social environment,suggestions for the community to provide a positive political environment of public opinion,the rule of law and moral environment of public opinion and public opinion environment for college students;middle campus environment,proposed the university should strengthen the construction of campus network culture well,improve the campus network management system,provides a perfect platform for students to promote the flow of information.Public opinion resources can be effectively integrated into the ideological and political education;in the micro environment of teachers and students,the cultivation of College Students' personal qualities can be achieved through the application of teacher's network application,the media literacy education of students,and the guidance of student groups.Through these suggestions and countermeasures,we hope to inject vitality into the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.
