With the development of modern time and the scientific technology level, the internetculture becomes the widespread ways of the spirit culture information. Therefore, it isimportant that people should take great measures to correctly administer and guide collegestudents’ ideological and political education under the internet environment. It’s alsoimportant that people should create a new spreading platform for the ideological and politicaleducation and create the internet as a new place to broadcast socialist ideological politics.Besides, the government should make great efforts to improve college students’ ideologicaland political education and strengthen their spiritual health.I talked about the internet environment and described its functions and characters.
