The State Sports General Administration occupation skill appraisal guidance center revised the "assessment rules" social sports instructor swimming in 2013,the new assessment rules version 2006 10 minutes to about 10 minutes more visual simulation teaching in teaching ability assessment methods.The assessment model changes,simulation teaching particularity,assessment standards lag increases the difficulty of evaluation of candidates teaching ability of observation and judgment,thereby affecting the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation methods and evaluation appraisal of the.This paper uses literature,questionnaire,video analysis,field surveys and other methods of "C hina’s social swimming instructor teaching ability evaluation standard and evaluation system" and "the Guangdong province social swimming instructor teaching ability evaluation of the status quo of" investigation and analysis,so as to provide basis for decision-making of Guangdong province occupation skill appraisal station management so,Social Swimming Instructor evaluation more scientific and reasonable,to provide protection for the healthy development of Social Swimming Instructor occupation.The results are as follows:1,for the present situation of social sports instructors to understand the design of swimming ability questionnaire,statistical results showed that 63% of people think that the current instructor teaching ability needs to improve;low that instructors basic technology accounted for 34%;that should improve the ability of other accounted for only 3%.2,In 2015 sampling included teaching ability assessment scale,processing data and displaying the 13 assessment indicators,the assessors in the senior high school entrance examination,the province,and,it,the indicators(see Appendix D index sequence number)there is a big error score.3,the statistical data show that the assessors have generally agreed that the factor score error influence teaching ability mainly includes the evaluation standard of appraisal standards,10 minutes special,the deviation of understanding,business ability,appraisal supervision and management mechanism etc..Among them,the choice of assessment criteria accounted for 91%;that the specificity of the 10 minutes of the class of the greater impact on the score accounted for 81%;that the lack of supervision and management mechanism for the assessors accounted for 30%.4,the study found that the current evaluation system of social sports instructor is more complete,but there are still lack of feedback mechanism,the lack of supervision and management mechanism for the defects.Interview relevant experts and assessors,generally considered the State General Administration of sports vocational centres should improve the supervision and management mechanism;at the same time,give the area more rights,station office Kam office Kam station arrange work measures to strengthen the management according to the daily performance appraisal.In addition,in the evaluation of the work process to add regular training sessions,after the summary of the evaluation,information feedback after the test in order to ensure the successful completion of the evaluation work. |
