The Current Status Of Swimming Social Sports Instructors In Chengdu And The Construction Of The Retraining System

Swimming social sports instructor,refers to the professionals who guide the crowd to learn swimming skills,popularize the knowledge of swimming safety and organize the management of swimming activities in the mass swimming.With the combination of sports athletics and national fitness,the requirements of teaching training for swimming are also increasing.In order to better adapt to this change,combined with the present situation of Chengdu swimming social instructors,a standardized swimming social instructor is set up to retrain the body system,and the swimming social sports will be continuously promoted and promoted.The professional skills and quality of instructors are key links for the development and popularization of mass swimming.In this study,the status of the swimming social sports instructors in Chengdu city and the status of the retraining system in the industry are investigated and analyzed by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,and mathematical statistics,so as to improve the professional literacy and working ability of the swimming social sports instructors in Chengdu by the retraining of the industry.As a breakthrough point,this paper discusses the industry situation and retraining work of the swimming sports social instructors in Chengdu,directly faces the defects of the industry status and the lack of retraining system,and then analyzes the specific problems in the guidance ability of the social sports instructors in Chengdu,and on this basis.Chengdu swimming social sports instructor retraining status analysis and system construction,to complete the Chengdu swimming sports social instructors industry norms,to strengthen the Chengdu swimming sports social instructors professional construction,promote the steady promotion of the industry and the rapid development of the public swimming in Chengdu.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The structure of the swimming social sports instructor in Chengdu is not reasonable,and the guiding ability still needs to be improved.In the aspects of teaching ability,fitness guidance ability,sports training ability and communication and cooperation ability,we need to strengthen the study to improve the current guidance.2,the swimming social sports instructors in Chengdu have no retraining,no annual trial requirements,no special institutions to organize retraining work,and do not attach importance to the continuous promotion of their guidance ability.3,building a swimming social sports instructor retraining system,the establishment of a swimming social sports instructor retraining organization,the swimming social sports instructor retraining teachers’ classification and selection,the establishment of swimming social sports instructor retraining assessment mechanism,the swimming club sports instructor certificate of the annual review work,change Leather training mode and content,implement a more practical retraining mode.
