Investigation On The Status Quo Of Swimming Social Sports Instructors' Professional Quality In The Main Urban Area Of Wuhan City

The state has put forward requirements on the physical fitness of the whole people and promulgated corresponding policies to support national fitness.Swimming is a fitness exercise for all ages.It is more comfortable than mechanical exercise and has a good maintenance effect on all organs of the body.With the increasing social demand for social sports instructors,swimming social sports instructors,as the participants in the popularization and guidance of public swimming fitness,are an important part of the public swimming cause,and the professional quality of swimming social sports instructors is particularly important.In view of this,this study investigated the professional quality of swimming social sports instructors in the main urban area of wuhan,understood the current status of the professional quality of swimming social sports instructors in the main urban area of wuhan,and put forward Suggestions.This study uses the research method such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,and the three 300 swimming social sports instructors in the main urban area of wuhan are studied,and the basic situation and the professional quality of the research are investigated.Draw the following conclusions:(1)At present,the gender ratio of swimming social sports instructors in the main urban area of Wuhan is unbalanced,the age is relatively young,the primary social sports instructors account for the majority,the professional background is mostly concentrated in the physical education institute of non-swimming major,and most of them are part-time.(2)Educational background,professional background,qualification level and teaching years have a direct impact on the professional quality of swimming social sports instructors in the main urban area of Wuhan,which needs to be paid more attention to.(3)The teaching ability and fitness guidance ability of swimming social sports instructors in the main urban area of wuhan city still need to be improved,and the communicative and cooperative ability,sports training ability and competition management ability are insufficient.(4)The learning and innovation ability and scientific research ability of swimming social sports instructors in the main urban area of wuhan need to be improved urgently.(5)The safety first aid ability of swimming social sports instructors in the main urban area of wuhan city is highly valued,while the safety awareness of swimming social sports instructors who are unqualified and have short teaching years should be improved.At the same time,some Suggestions are put forward:(1)To make good use of various media technologies to publicize the work,attract more professional talents to enrich the training team of swimming venues,and continuously improve the quantity and quality of swimming social sports instructors in the main urban area of wuhan.(2)Strict selection standards for swimming venues,introduction of swimming professionals and improvement of service quality.(3)Actively organize swimming events to provide communication opportunities between social sports instructors and improve personal ability.(4)Improve the training and professional evaluation mechanism,and promote the professional quality of swimming social sports instructors.(5)To implement the guarantee mechanism for swimming talents,such as learning opportunities,job promotion and salary rewards,to continuously motivate swimming social sports instructors to work actively.
