In the past, education organization is responsible for the allocation. Now, Through teacher recruitment examination to select talents. It is from unmetered to mature. It improves the quality of education and provide the best talents to education. However, teacher recruitment work compared to the developed country. Our work has a certain disparity. How to attract the most excellent talents into the teacher staff is rhe most important problem we need to solve.With the help of computer and web, the author collects some researches about teacher recruitment; teacher engagement; teacher employed. On the base of literature method and theoretical analysis, this research is mainly introduce teacher recruitment from three aspects:they are teacher certification examination; teacher recruitment examination; teacher recruitment interview. The author analysis the difficulties and problems that exist in the process of implementation. The author interview the president and some teachers who have teaching experiences of primary and secondary school in Guangdong Province Heyuan city and some leaders who work in educational administrative institution. The author try’to learn about the teacher recruitment process how to implemented and investigate the opinions of the current situation on teacher recruitment process and the difficulties when they face up the teacher recruitment process. In the process of investigating, the author find there are some problems we need to solve, such as: education and psychology test are very simple. The propositional form is not clearly; the qualification education of the normal school students as same as education with record of formal schooling. Applications from different majors and they can’t select the best; teacher certification examination100per cent pass; social approval is not high. During the implementation process of the teacher recruitment examination, the author find the constructor exam-oriented; examination contents and methods are very simple. Item mysterious; item transparentless propositional institution muddness, not have unified standards. In the process of teacher recruitment interview, the author find some problems; such as:The interview is lack of uniform standards. It is subjectivity and arbitrariness. Black case work; discrimination; ignoring right; test scores not open; handle affairs inefficiency. They violate the principles of teacher recruitment. On the base of research achievements, the author use developed country experiences as references and provide some advices to resolve the difficulties and problems that exist in the process of the teacher recruitment examination.
