| With the rapid development of the global economy and the upgrading of the industry,the role of talents is becoming more and more obvious.In every corner of the earth,there are fight for talents.Since the beginning of 2017,the "war of grabbing talents" has become increasingly fierce in major cities of China.The transformation and upgrading of the industry and innovation-driven development have intensified the urgent need for high-end talents,which has led to the introduction of high-end talents abroad.Under the sweeping tide of global economy and the upsurge of robbery,there is fierce competition for talents from all trades and professions.No matter for senior managers or frontline technical posts,they are hard to find.Enterprises are paying more and more attention to the recruitment of key positions,and the traditional recruitment mode can no longer satisfy the perfect match between enterprises and talents.As a human resources service-oriented enterprise,the resources of professional service talents will directly affect the ability of business,which is the foundation of enterprises.The recruitment problem perplexed the HR department for more than a year,and it was not until a series of changes were made that the problem was finally solved.This paper takes the professional talent team construction of Shenyang Branch of China HR as the background,and draws out the problems and difficulties encountered in the recruitment process with cases.Through the research and combing of the theory of the relevance of human resources recruitment,this paper analyses the root causes of the problems in the recruitment of case enterprises and the countermeasures,studies and summarizes the strategies and methods for the improvement of recruitment.Specifically,the following work has been carried out in this paper:From the theoretical point of view,based on the existing literature,this paper mainly uses the competency theory to analyze the recruitment positions and personnel and the recruitment system based on competency;uses the recruitment outsourcing theory to analyze how the case enterprises choose the recruitment channels,decompose the recruitment work,and improve the effectiveness of recruitment;and uses human resources business partner theory analyzes how enterprises explore their new models of HRBP application in recruitment.From the practical aspect,this paper describes in detail the difficulties encountered in the recruitment process of Shenyang Branch of China HR,and how to complete the recruitment task throough the improvement and innovation of its recruitment strategy and recruitment behavior.The case shows the typical problems and major difficulties in the recruitment process.The contribution of this study can provide experience reference for professional recruitment in most domestic enterprises,thus promoting thelevel of human resources recruitment and management in domestic enterprises. |
