As the current higher vocational college teachers’employment system reform further deepening, the teacher is not only "academic" and "social person". In higher vocational colleges, the Workers Will achieve the goals of school education on teachers, teachers and thus can get its legal compensation from higher vocational colleges, this relationship will constitute a substantial commission and agent relationship. But in the recruitment of teachers in higher vocational colleges, due to incomplete information, contracts, and have different goals, led to the existence of moral hazard.This study in higher vocational colleges and W as the research object, uses the qualitative research of case method, field study was carried out on the higher vocational colleges and W, through the literature method, and interview object depth interview, and observation and other methods to collect data, and analyzing the interview data, through analyzing the current situation of higher vocational colleges and W, we may safely draw the recruitment of young teachers in higher vocational colleges are faced with the risk of certain entrusted. Such as bad faith of teachers, teaching and scientific research, professional loyalty is not high, poor ability of providing false information, bad-optimal tide risk, risk of signing, shortage of talents in higher vocational colleges, the introduction of the high cost, talents with high turnover rate, cost risk, the risk of moral hazard and adverse selection risk. In addition, as a teacher in the process of choosing a career is also facing a certain agency risk. Including:the school false advertising, the school did not live up to its promise, the school pay is too low, the future development is not clear, the school management chaos, high cost of recruitment, higher vocational colleges W principal-agent exist between the two sides risk for the current situation is mainly in the process of hiring the two sides in order to introduce talents (or into good units) intentionally hide some of the information itself, caused by information asymmetry, resulting from higher demand (or default) of high transaction costs, caused by incomplete contract fails to perform the contract (or default) of the moral risk, etc. Problem principal-agent risk hiring teachers in higher vocational colleges in China, put forward to avoid principal-agent in the process of recruitment in higher vocational colleges teachers principal-agent risk between the two sides, and then on the concept, system, the model provides the countermeasures and ways to solve the problem.
