Research On The Problems And Countermeasuies Of Academic Discipline Of Private University Students

With the constant deepening and development of higher education reform,under the strategy of Rejuvenate China through Science and Education,private higher learning institutions have become an important component of China’s higher education development.The private higher learning institutions have achieved rapid development and played a vital role in realizing China’s educational popularization,deepening educational reform and cultivating application-type personnel.However,the school-running mechanism of private higher learning institutions is different from that of public higher learning institutions,so the construction of study style in private higher learning institutions has become a hot topic of present high school research.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing and understanding the learning climate of students in private higher learning institutions,according to the “people-oriented” philosophy of schooling as well as the guiding ideology of boosting college students’ integrated education qualities and moral development,in combination with the fundamental features,learning climate and learning habits of students in private higher learning institutions,the structure of teacher troops in higher education institutions,teaching status,the work status of college counselors and the management level of college leaders,the construction of study style in students in private higher learning institutions and the influencing factors were analyzed,besides,the method for the construction of study style was explored and studied,so as to improve the ideological,ethical and cultural qualities of students in private higher learning institutions.In this paper,the concept,composition and current situation of style of study in private higher learning institutions as well as the existing problems and influencing factors were analyzed,and the way to improve construction of study style was discussed.The research on the issue of study style construction in students in China’s private higher learning institutions as well as the countermeasures not only conform to the development requirements of nowadays society,but also accord with the development need of China’s higher education reform,in addition,the research is a significant action for the implementation of quality-oriented education and the strengthening of ideological education in colleges and universities.Favorable construction of study style in private higher learning institutions is of great significance for the development of higher education in our country.
