University curriculum examination is an integral part of the higher education field.University curriculum examination aims to diagnose students real academic level,it's also a target referring test activity in order to promote the teachers' "teaching" and students' "learning".The eternal theme of the higher education is to improve the quality of the high education,and the university curriculum examination quality is closely connected with the higher education quality,has become an important reference index to measure the quality of higher education.In order to promote the development of higher education,and detect the function of the course examination in the talent quality training,the construction of a scientific and standardized curriculum examination quality management system is of great importance.The research purpose of this paper is aimed at how to use the theory of PDCA,total quality management theory and the theory of system science,to construct the curriculum examination quality management system and explore theory research and advanced management idea,in order to make the university course examination management become more scientific and normative.This research mainly centered the university examination quality management issues,first of all,by means of combing and analyzing the research status of university course exam quality management home and abroad,we can learn that scholars' study of university examination quality management system is not enough in-depth,and the research lacks of a solid theoretical basis.Defining the core concept of the examination quality management,using the theory of PDCA,TQM theory and system science theory as the theoretical support of this research;Second,to build the three modes of university curriculum examination quality management: PDCA cycle management model,total quality management mode,"in students for this" management mode,and expounding the application of these three models in the examination management;summarizing the common characteristics of examination management,discussing the problems existing in the management,and making analysis.Finally,rebuilding the college examination quality management system,using humanization,standardization,scientization and information as a guiding principle,using target and standard,organization and system,evaluation and feedback part as content framework,and analyzing the specificationrequirements of the three parts.Study shows that the construction of the university curriculum examination quality management system,promote the improvement of the quality of course examination,and further promote the achievement of the college talents cultivation goals.The operation of the system can improve the efficiency of the examination management activities,it can also make each link of the management activities operate in strict quality standards,in order to make the examination management system operate under benign situation.
