Research On Reengineering Of Examination Management Progress In H University

As our society continues to advance, the knowledge economy and information technology develop rapidly, the education system of our universities is becoming more and more tremendous. So the management of teaching is becoming more and more tedious. There are lots of problems and disadvantages in the process of the core work of teaching management in university-examination management. The thought of Business Process Reengineering(BPR) in business field is applied into the reengineering of examination management process in universities in this paper, trying to provide a new method for the reengineering of examination management process in current universities.Firstly, the disadvantages of the current examination system in H University are analyzed and the reasons are pointed out. Next, the feasibility of applying BPR into the process of reengineering examination management system is analyzed. Then the state the reengineering process of examination management system of H University is designed step by step according to the framework of BPR. The aim and core of the examination management system process reengineering are fixed and a new examination management process is established. The reengineerring process is specifically and systematically considered by sub module. Lastly, the implement way and implement security are given in the examination management process reengineering in H University. And the reengineering effect and feasibility are provided in the end.This thesis provides some reference for the use of BPR into college management by applying it into the reengineering process of examination management system in H University.
