Research On Quality Management Of Master's Dissertation Of Yunnan Normal University

Quality has always been the core task of education reform and development.The quality of dissertations is a mirror reflecting the quality of postgraduate education and one of the important indicators for the quality of postgraduate education.In recent years,China has only attached importance to the expansion of postgraduate students and neglected the quality of postgraduate training.The direct result is the declining in the quality of student papers.Undoubtedly,guaranteeing and improving the quality of dissertations has become an era requirement and an important topic for the development of higher education.Yunnan Normal University is a key normal college in Yunnan Province.After more than 80 years of innovation and development,it has trained thousands of talents from all jobs for the society.This research is based on the analysis of the quality problems of academic master's thesis in our university.From the perspective of quality management of dissertations,the theory of total quality management is taken as the theoretical basis.The research mainly uses literature analysis,questionnaires and interviews to understand our school and analyses its current situation,problems and influencing factors of the thesis management,and proposes solutions to ensure and improve the quality of the master's degree thesis.Through the questionnaire survey of the academic third-year postgraduate and the 2018 graduated academic masters,this paper analyzes the problems in the quality management of the dissertation,including the low quality of the students,the poor guidance of the tutor,the unreasonable curriculum,and the low paper quality awareness of postgraduates and the incomplete quality management assurance system of the dissertation in our school.The management factors of the quality of the dissertation in our school are analyzed.In addition,through interviews with instructors and managers,we confirm the problems in the management of papers in our school and propose countermeasures to solve them.Then,by analyzing the successful experience of quality management of dissertations in universities at home and abroad,their management experience is drawn from the quality management of dissertations in our university.Finally,combined with the overall quality management theory and the actual situation of the paper management of our school,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the comprehensive management of the master's thesis quality of our school.We need to do that: to promote the master students,tutors and managers to participate in the quality management of the thesis;to continuously strengthen the whole process of the quality of the dissertations of our school and the management of the whole link,paying attention to the optimization of talents,rationally setting the curriculum,and improving the management system of the thesis.This paper can further improve the quality management of master's degree thesis of Yunnan Normal University,and then improve the quality of master's degree thesis and the quality of postgraduate training.In addition,due to the essential nature of the quality management of dissertations,the improvement countermeasures proposed in this paper also have certain reference significance for the quality management of master's degree thesis in Yunnan universities.
