The ability of writing is one of the basic abilities which everyone should have,because writing ability represents his knowledge accomplishment.Writing accompanies everyone's whole life,from the diary and informal essay to the thesis and fiction,that is to say,on the every stage of life,writing is everywhere.Grade Three is the beginning stage of pupils' writing,and before this stage pupils only have simple exercise of speaking and writing sentences.How to take proper teaching method to have proper transition and cultivate pupils' interest and confidence of writing are the problems which every Chinese teacher of Grade Three should think about.Noncommittally,today the beginning teaching exists some problems.It is common that some teachers are at a loss what to do and pupils have a perfunctory attitude to writing,and some pupils even turn pale at the mention of writing.The pupils of Grade Three usually have weak self-control.They like to imitate and have strong tend to teachers,and they cannot keep steady curiosity towards new things.So teachers should lead them properly and behave well by doing exercise of regular journal,diary and fragment or essay,timely inspiration and taking encouraging evaluation.Only in these ways,can it stimulate pupils' lasting writing habit and hobby,so it is important that how to teach beginning composition from Grade Three effectively.By searching relative literature,I find that though there are lots of research on beginning composition,most of them are aimed at composition teaching in class or composition evaluation,not composing complete system.This thesis starts from the problem,finds the reason of problem and gives relative solutions to lead the teaching practice of beginning composition,using comprehensive vision to set foot in every link of beginning composition teaching.I'll try my best to give teachers who teach composition of Grade Three more comprehensive and pointed suggestions.In order to make survey result more truthful,scientific and convincing,I go to three primary schools of Shenzhen to observe pupils and teachers' performance in class and presentation methods of composition's correction and achievement.Then I make questionnaire to give out and collect and interview individually to learn about the ideas and suggestions of teachers and students,having scientific analysis.I get such result from two respects of teachers and pupils: the problems in teaching include lack of confidence and enthusiasm ? excessive haste ? inadequate exercise ?inappropriate composition evaluation;the problems in learning: timid psychology?insufficient storage ? heavy blow ? strong dependence.The reasons of teaching problems: heavy teaching tasks?little school things?lack of awareness of lifetime learning ?attention to the result of study instead of the process ?inadequate habit development?empty evaluation.The reasons of studying problems: inadequate life experience?poor observation?weak self-control?poor cooperation of parents?bad study habit?personality and not good with words.According to self's teaching practice and scientific summary and reflection by consulting literature and outstanding teachers,I put forward pointed and practical suggestions: start with four aspects which are the inspiration of pupils' interest and cultivation of habit?the system and method of teaching?composition evaluation and result presentation?reading activity and literary society,using concrete and practical suggestions to guide the teaching practice of beginning composition of Grade Three.The writing teaching research is a long problem,so we need to find problems in practice continually,reflecting and repracticing.We should believe that While the road has twists and turns,the prospects are bright.
