Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of Chinese economy,a large number of rural labor force move to cities,and they have to give their children be brought up the third party(grandparents,maternal grandparents as main),rural left-behind children is the special group who are facing prominent problems in this particular period.Since 2005,rural left-behind children,this "symbol" begins entering into the eyes of the media and the public,getting universal attention from the whole society.And the number of this group is growing rapidly year by year,Long-term separation from their parents,staying in the countryside,compared with non left-behind children,their capability is relatively low,for example learning ability is weak,divergent of thinking ability is not strong,life self-care ability is in low level,psychological quality and ability needs improving and so on,the purpose of this paper is to find how to improve the ability of rural left-behind children effectively.According to our survey,we find that the local rural left-behind children ability quality development do not only depend on their own wishes,but also is influenced by family,school,and society.This article is about group work method used by the interns to expand their capability quality in the process of practice,including the following aspects: first is to expand rural left-behind children's language ability quality;second is to expand the rural left-behind children's thinking ability quality;third is to develop rural left-behind children personal quality quality.And in ecological system theory,group dynamics theory using,advantage perspective to observe the changes of the rural left-behind children,help in them expand ability quality.In this article,the author bases on the previous internship at the local,selecting a part of the left-behind children to participate in our group work,designing team activities six times,is about our language,thinking,quality these three aspects ability quality development,under the guidance of our social work,encouraging rural left-behind children actively share and express,observing their changes and influences in the group.Through analysis and study of this paper,giving advice to family,school,society,aiming at to increasing the localization of rural left-behind children ability diathesis developing experience.
