The healthy growth of children is the hope of the future development of the country.As a course of fitness and art,juvenile dance has been widely loved and valued by the people of Xi’an.In the past twenty years,rapid development of children’s dance,attracted many children to participate in children’s dance team learning,children dance training has become an important form of children an organization many love dance art learning and exchange activities,has become a new social trend.Under such a background,the chain management mode has become the main way to expand the scale,occupy the market space and raise the competition level because of its huge scale effect.Children’s participation in dance learning,demand continues to increase,which makes children dance training institutions mushroomed,generally spread rapidly.This article adopts the literature research method,the expert interview method and the questionnaire investigation method and so on,carries on the thorough investigation to the Xi’an chain store’s children dance training organization operation condition.The results of the survey show that the children’s dance training institutions in Xi’an usually include dance schools,dance studios,dance training classes,dance art groups,etc..Investigation shows,Xi’an children’s dance training institutions in the chain to carry out operational activities for a short time,also did not form a significant scale,lack of experience,the chain system is not perfect,many are the direct chain as the development of the core,the chain also attempts to operate,free chain is completely unable to carry out up.The research shows that the development of Xi’an children dance training market has great potential,which has laid a solid foundation for the operation chain management mode of Xi’an children’s dance training institutions.This paper carried out the actual situation of the chain management pattern through the investigation of Xi’an children’s dance training institutions,make analysis of its development advantages,and then put forward the process of the children’s dance training institutions to carry out the chain operation mode in the problem,propose solutions to solve these problems,Xi’an children’s dance training institutions for the future sustainable development of the chain business model to provide a theoretical reference.Also to the children’s dance training institutions can better meet the health needs of the individual,society and industrialization path to seek ideas.
