"6S" management refers to the effective management of personnel,equipment,materials and other production factors in the production site,which is an advanced enterprise management mode introduced from Japan.Due to the characteristics of high maturity,wide application range and strong adaptability,"6S" theory has been applied in many fields in China and achieved good management effects.Kindergarten stage of small-class children self-control ability is poor,cognitive ability is low,at the same time,small class classroom items,space more narrow range,wider range of teachers management,expend energy,the use of 6s management system not only can help children to develop good habits of tidying up,and the orderly manner,migrated to their family life medium,but also can enhance the teachers management level,improve the work efficiency.This choice for A kindergarten as the research object,small four class with action research is given priority to,supplemented by observation and interview to collect data,on the basis of problem diagnosis,try to find the 6s management and the small class kindergarten interlinked points,in combination with the practical situation of small class kindergarten children,build"using 6s management mode to promote small class independent of an action research" research framework.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.Focusing on the introduction of the origin of the topic and the significance of research,and the review of the relevant domestic research literature,the definition of relevant concepts,the analysis of the theoretical basis of relevant research,and finally the development of feasible research objectives,objects,content and methods.The second part is the analysis of the status quo and problems of primary class four children’s self-organizing.Through daily observation,researchers understand and record the development status of children’s self-organizing ability in Primary Four,and analyze the reasons that affect children’s self-organizing ability.The third part is the action research part.This part adopts kay,action research spiral circulation mode,follow the "plan to implement one by one to reflect on a repeated action"train of thought,design by using 6s management mode to promote small class children’s independent action research,through practice,reflection,adjustment,and practice using 6s management mode to promote the development of a small children’s capacity for independent finishing.The fourth part is the suggestion and reflection on the use of "6S" management mode to promote the self-organizing of small class children.
