With the advance of the Xinjiang multi-ethnic school,Teaching research group,which as the school's grass-roots organization,plays an increasingly important role.The culture of teaching research group affects the members' thinking and action form,as "the spirit of the magnetic field." to promote the professional growth of teachers.According to the particularity and reality of Xinjiang multi-ethnic school,it is believed that the culture of cooperative teaching and research group should be constructed,which will help to promote the professional development of teachers.Through the use of quantitative and qualitative combination of ways to understand the Xinjiang multi-ethnic school of teaching and research group culture is the real situation,found that the multi-ethnic school of teaching and research group has not yet formed a shared vision,the system norms to a certain extent for the realization Cooperative teaching and research group culture provides a guarantee,but the lack of a certain degree of democracy,at the same time,teaching and research group behavior culture more performance for the artificial culture of cooperation.In order to realize the culture of cooperating teaching and research group in Xinjiang multi-ethnic school,it is better to promote the development of teaching and research group.From the school's side,one is to create a multi-cultural atmosphere;the second is to guide teachers to respect each other;the third is to establish a sound mechanism for cooperation,take the initiative "decentralization",that is necessary to establish a sound mechanism for cooperation to protect the civil society of the development,but also decentralization,so that the independent development of teaching and research group.From the teaching and research group leader,the first is to achieve the role of teaching and research team leader to adapt to the reality of the development of teaching and research group;second is to enhance the awareness of cultural management,so as to better promote the cooperation of teaching and research group culture.From the teacher's point of view,on one hand,the teachers of the multi-ethnic school should have the consciousness of mutual cooperation and continue to improve the professional development level of the teachers through mutual cooperation.On the other hand,the teachers of the multi-ethnic school should promote the accomplishment of multi-culture to push the development of teaching research groups' member.
