On February 27,2017,XiJinping visited the Beijing Olympic and watched the athletes training and said“China will be strong only after the young strong.To promote the development of sports is the important part of the rejuvenation of China ”.Only improve the teenager's physical condition and health level,make their physical,psychological and good ability of social adaptation fully developed,can the country's economic be progressed and then contribute to the construction of the socialism.Education is the foundation and the teachers is essential of education.So the sports teacher is the organizer and promoter of school sports development,That is to say the construction and optimization of sports teachers is very important.This paper take the sports teachers of junior middle school in shuicheng,liupanshui,Guizhou province as the research object.Using the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interviewing method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis;Based on teachers information,teaching situation,exercising situation in free time and soon on to make research.The following is the conclusion which is summed up according to the analyze:Firstly,The number of PE teachers in the middle schools in Shuicheng county is not enough,and the part-time sports teachers are sticking out;The number of male and female sports teachers is out of balance,and there are more male sports teachers than female sports teachers.Secondly,The physical teachers of towns Shuicheng county are younger and more mobile.There is a small number of sports teachers who have senior academic position;The main referes is level one and level two.There is no national referees.Thirdly,most middle school sports teacher's degree is college.no graduate masters;Most of them graduated from Guizhou ' s university with simple major knowledge and simple teaching method.Fourthly,the present teaching situation of Shuicheng is risk,nearly half of the physical teachers teaching with no teaching plan.There is less PE teacher teach PE according to teaching plans and there is no guarantee of quality.No one pay attention to sports class.Fifthly,majority of rural middle schools' sports training is not ideal;the races of sports is imperfect;The number of sports races is lackage.the lackage of money and the burden of students is too heavy and so on.Sixthly,the situation of sports teachers' scientific research is not optimistic.Most of PE teacher enjoy researching but no one to take action and the research paper is few.Seventhly,most of rural junior middle school physical teachers desire to study and participate in studying,but thirty percent PE teachers join training one or two times every 5 years;The training is no meaning because of the lackage of creativity.Finally it fails to motivate the teachers.Eightly,More than half of the sports teachers in the middle schools in are not satisfied with the work environment,and nearly one third of PE teachers have little confidence in their career prospects.According to above questions,I think of some advice:Firstly,The education departments should attach importance on the development of sports in rural junior middle school,by bringing in all kinds of teachers to serve the needs of teaching,strengthen the cooperation with local normal universities,strengthen,only by this way,the quality of teaching can beimproved.Secondly,Strengthen education of young sports teachers,change their thinking,and firm their belif of contribution to education.Thirdly,Actively guide and encourage physical education teachers to improve their teaching ability through activities such as teaching and research activities,quality class,education research and so on.Fourthly,Build “teacher-team”,that is to say the elder help the younger and form a scientific team of teachers.Fifthly,Physical teachers should enhance the knowledge of sports skills and enrich the content of physical.Sixthly,Schools should strengthen the standardized management of physical teaching,put the importance of physical teaching,establish an effective supervision mechanism,perfect the physical education teaching evaluation method.Seventhly,Stress on after-school training,make after-school training plan;organize sports competitions,reduce the students' burden on homework.Let teachers and students take part in the sports training.Eightly,Physical teachers should change their belief and set the values of lifelong learning.Ninthly,Related departments should increase learning opportunities for rural junior middle school ' s physical teachers,provide continuing learning platform.Tenthly,Respect the importance of physical teachers,promote the happiness of physical teachers and increase fees of sports funding to junior middle schools.
