“Take targeted measures help people lift themselves out of poverty”based on the summary of the past experience of poverty alleviation,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the methods of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation according to the current situation of economic development in poverty-stricken areas through many investigations.General Secretary Xi Jinping said that "curing foolishness and poverty " therefore,developing education in poor areas is one of the important ways to alleviate poverty.Therefore,the development of education in poverty-stricken areas is one of the important ways to alleviate poverty.As an important part of school education,the development of physical education has been lagging behind other disciplines.By vigorously developing school sports in poverty-stricken areas,we can not only effectively improve the physical quality of young people in poverty-stricken areas,but also improve the overall quality and cultural accomplishment of the region,and help them get rid of poverty and become rich.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Based on the perspective of "Take targeted measures help people lift themselves out of poverty through education",This paper makes an analysis of the development of physical education in rural primary schools in Dongxiang Autonomous County and the difficulties encountered in its development process,tries to point out the current restrictive factors affecting the development of physical education in rural primary schools in Dongxiang Autonomous County,and puts forward corresponding supporting countermeasures,which will provide theoretical basis for the further development of physical education in rural primary schools in Dongxiang Autonomous County.It is hoped that it can provide reference for promoting the development of school physical education in poverty-stricken areas of Gansu Province and enriching and perfecting the precise poverty alleviation theory of education in Gansu Province.Through the analysis and research,the conclusion of the development of rural primary school physical education in Dongxiang Autonomous County is as follows:1.The physical education curriculum and teaching of rural primary schools in Dongxiang Autonomous County have made great progress,but there is still a lot of room for development.2.The organization of extracurricular sports activities in rural primary schools in Dongxiang Autonomous County is relatively good,but there are still some problems,especially in extracurricular sports training and competitions.3.The construction and development of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Dongxiang Autonomous County are relatively lagging behind,and further improvement is needed.4.There is a shortage of sports venues and facilities in rural primary schools in Dongxiang Autonomous County,with less investment,and further investment is still needed.5.The support of government departments should be further strengthened.6.The development of physical education in rural primary schools in poverty-stricken areas of Gansu Province is not optimistic,and it still needs to move forward firmly.Based on the above analysis,this paper tries to give the following suggestions:1.Strictly implement the provisions and build efficient and effective systems.2.Standardize the implementation of curriculum standards,and do a good job in every physical education class.3.Reasonable Utilization of Existing Resources and Effective Development of Physical Education Courses.4.Improving the structure of P.E.teachers and improving the treatment of P.E.teachers.5.Develop the exchange training of P.E.teachers to improve their professional quality.6.Strengthen regional and efficient cooperation to train reserve sports teachers.7.Improving the allocation of sports equipment and facilities and rationally allocating sports teaching resources.8.Firmly support the government and insist on capital investment.
