Research On The Development Of Rural Primary School's Physical Education In Weining County Of Guizhou Province

Weining yi hui miao nationality autonomous county is located in the northwest of guizhou,is one of the largest nationality autonomous county in guizhou area,is the national implementation of the new stage of the main support county of poverty alleviation and development.As an important part of education,school physical education is the foundation of the national sports development.Based on the geographical factors,regional culture,economic level,cultural development level and other factors,the development of the local primary school sports education is relatively backward.Weining map to rural primary school sports as the research object,through the study of elementary school physical education in the region put forward effective Suggestions.Through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method and video observation research methods,such as sports management,school sports facilities to local primary school,teachers,curriculum,teaching situation investigation in many aspects.Survey,field visited nine elementary schools,the local sports teachers,students,parents,respectively 131,131,and 480 valid questionnaires,as well as to the administrative department of the region's two managers,more than four principals,6 sports teachers and students for interviews.According to the research results,the reasons for the development of education in local rural primary schools are summarized as follows:1,the local school sports development policy,although relatively more,but part of the policy implementation does not reach the designated position,etc.,sports funds lack of funds,make the teaching environment,such as sports communication work can't be effectively carried out.2.The school and related departments lack effective physical education management system,and the actual implementation of physical education curriculum is lower than the national curriculum standard.3.The shortage of teachers resources of local professional sports teachers,the professional ability and teaching ability of PE teachers will be relatively weak,unable to meet the needs of primary school physical education.4.In the course of the development of primary physical education for a long time,the social group represented by parents is affected by education,and it is considered that the PE class is less important than the number of words.In view of the actual situation in the local area,starting from the various links related to education of local primary schools,the proposed Suggestions are as follows:1.Strengthen the implementation of supportive policies,broaden the way of sportsdevelopment,introduce social participation mechanism,and build a good atmosphere of social sports education.2.Strengthen local management of primary school physical education,improve the supervision system of physical education in primary schools,and refine the standard of physical education assessment in primary schools.3.Improve the teachers' strength of local rural primary school sports teachers,strengthen teacher training and improve the teaching level of PE teachers.4,increase the propaganda of sports education function,and made aware of the importance of sports social groups,change the old ideas,guide and cultivate each link for the correct understanding of the elementary school sports education.
