In this study,the author consulted a large number of documents relate to "5E" teaching mode and elaborated how to use teaching mode of "5E" in senior chemistry concept teaching from introduction,exploration,Explanation,expansion and evaluation of concept.Next,the author understood the situation the concept of chemical teaching and learning by way of questionnaire,classroom observation at present senior one in practice school.After to know situation analysis,the author wrote senior one chemistry concept teaching design based on teaching mode of "5E",and applied to practical teaching.That main detect the mode of senior one chemistry concept teaching based on "5E" teaching model for the impact of senior one students the concept of acquisition and keep.After the teaching practice,the author designed the questionnaire from exploration,explanation and evaluation of concept in order to investigate experimental classes of students' concept learning situation in chemistry concept teaching based on "5E" teaching model and attitude for the teaching model.Pursuant to the study of the characteristics and practice of the school's teaching schedule,in that in comparative classes and experimental classes each instant test three times and three times the delayed test.Instant test to inspect students the concept of acquisition,especially,the students keep the concept of time delay test is.Foundbased on the "5 E" teaching model of higher chemistry concept teaching mode for higher graders concept acquisition has a certain role in promoting,and keep on the concept while also has a certain role in promoting,but is not big.As a whole,the model to a certain extent,can play the role of promoting for the high grade student learning of chemical concepts.Through the questionnaire,the chemistry concept teaching way on the basis of the "5E" teaching mode helps to cultivate students' ability to explore and communication power of expression,and can improve the classroom activity,stimulate students' divergent thinking.
