A Study On The Entrepreneurial Policies Of College Students In Hubei

As China's economic development has entered the new normal,the downward pressure on the economy has led to more serious employment situation for college students.In order to better stimulate the vitality of social and economic development,improve the quality of economic development,the central timely put forward the development direction of "public entrepreneurship,innovation",and formulate supporting policies to encourage the college students change their ideas,give full play to the talent and innovation vitality,positive innovation and entrepreneurship,to achieve entrepreneurial employment,entrepreneurial groups formed a demonstration effect good.However,there is still a big gap between the proportion of College Students' Entrepreneurship and the proportion of foreign students' Entrepreneurship.The important reason is that the current policy guidance,service and support of college students should be further improved,and the supervision effect of the policy implementation should be further strengthened.In Hubei Province,the province of many colleges and universities,students of talent resource advantage,entrepreneurial demand,entrepreneurial atmosphere,and entrepreneurial practice is just unfolding;the strong advantage of talents in Colleges and universities on the one hand,on the other hand is the entrepreneurship policy guidance and support.Therefore,this paper takes Hubei province college students entrepreneurship policy as the research object,based on the current Hubei province entrepreneurship policy documents,to examine the business students in Hubei province policy formulation and implementation effect of the implementation process of supervision,policy and other issues,so as to put forward policy optimization path,in order to further enhance the students' Entrepreneurship Policy for college students venture,reduce the path reference.Firstly,based on a lot of reading books on literature,the related concepts are determined,including "entrepreneurship","entrepreneurial" and "entrepreneurship policy",but has not yet reached a unified definition of scholars on the related concepts,for the concept of "university students" argument is mainly around "college students" to define the scope of.On the basis of domestic and foreign scholars research results and related policies in China on the content,combined with the characteristics of the research content,the author thinks that "entrepreneurship" refers to the domestic and foreign universities students and groups obtain bachelor degree and graduate within three years,in order to carry out the creation of material wealth for the purpose of social activities.The policy of entrepreneurship for college students is aimed at "college students" as a specific group,in order to better stimulate the vitality of college students,release talent advantages,and promote social and economic innovation and development.Secondly,entrepreneurship policy plays an important role in guiding and encouraging entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship policy decides the quality of students' entrepreneurial behavior can successfully carry out the success,but also further affect the economic development and social stability.By using the quantitative analysis method,analysis of the interaction between the main selection of 103 college students in Hubei Province,the development of entrepreneurship policy text number to establish separate and combined policy text and authoritative analysis and policy themes and authority of the.Using the method of qualitative analysis,this paper studies the entrepreneurship policy system of Hubei province(including entrepreneurship education policy,entrepreneurial tax policy and entrepreneurial financial policy),and finds out the existing problems and causes.Finally,aiming at the existing problems of college students in Hubei province entrepreneurship policy,the author tries to improve the policy system,policy implementation supervision mechanism construction,legal system construction and other perspectives to explore the break entrepreneurship policy barriers to optimal path,improve the quality of College Students' entrepreneurship.
