The Perspective Of The Rule Of Law Cultivating College Students' Socialist Core Values

In PKU teachers and students symposium,Xi jin ping pointed out: "The youth's value orientation determines our society's future value orientation.The youth is in the process of forming and establishing values.Therefore,it is very important to pay special attention to this period".Since our Party puts forward the socialist core values,college students who cultivate,practice the socialist core values has become an important project for national recognition,social concern,the dominant and families participate.It is not only related to the establishment of national values but also to the construction of a harmonious society.Besides,it is also related to the all-round development of students.18 after the fourth plenary session of the proposed promoting the rule of law,conception of the construction of the system of cultivating and unexpected,as the college students' socialist core values education has opened up a new Angle of view,create a new environment,provides a new opportunity.Both opportunities and challenges,however,the rule of law construction of the bad situation will affect college students' identity of socialist core values,college students lack of spirit of rule of law will restrict the full play of subjective initiative,unsound legal system safeguard mechanism will also hinder the normal college students' socialist core values.In order to further speed up the construction of socialist core values of college students,the effective use of law to guide,regulate,safeguard role to solve practical problems in the process of cultivating and promoting college students' socialist core values construction work of the actual effect,in the perspective of the rule of law to explore how to cultivate college students' socialist core values,it becomes very important.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part,introduction.In this part,I will make clear the related literature at home and abroad.Then,introduce the research background,significance,methods,difficulty and innovation from the perspective of the rule of law on cultivating college students' socialist core values.The second part,parsing the connotation and relationship.This part mainly clarifies the rule of law and the basic connotation of socialist core values,and interpret the dialectic relationship between the two.Hence lay a foundation for the rule of law and the core values,as well as paves the way for the socialist core values under the rule of law.The third part,demonstrate the basis.The reasons why socialist core values can beresearched in the view of law are national encouragement policy,theory basis in academic level and practical level of reality.The fourth part,opportunity challenge is introduced and the reason analysis.Rule of college students from the perspective of socialist core values is the opportunities and challenges,while facing the challenge of reason mainly comes from: first,inadequate governance led to the question of the students in accordance with the core values;Second,the local authority judicial injustice to reduce core values;Third,the rule of law propaganda is insufficient college students of the rule of law thought.Fourth,the lack of restriction of the rule of law spirit of rule of law of the college students to develop,fifthly,imperfect laws and regulations into the mechanism of socialist core values weaken cultivating pragmatic,its six,volunteer college students practice consciously imperfect legal system limitation.The fifth part,the path to explore.In the face of the rule of law under the challenge of cultivating college students' socialist core values,to effectively combine the rule of law,to cultivate college students' socialist core values through scientific legislation,strictly enforce the law,impartial justice,a law-abiding,in promoting the rule of law in the process of high efficiency into the socialist core values,using the rule of law construction booster of socialist core values education.
