The Research To Strengthen College Students’Cultivation Of Legal Faith In The Perspective Of The Socialist Core Values

"The rule of law" is an important aspect of the socialist core values proposed by The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, and the core content of "the rule of law" is the belief in it. As the main force in the great construction of Chinese characteristic socialism, whether college students agree "Legal" or not and whether establish the belief in the Legal or not, relates to the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values whether into practice, relates to the smooth realization of "Chinese dream". Thus,research on the cultivation of students’ belief in the Legal from the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values, which has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Besides the introduction, The article is divided into three parts. The introduction mainly explains the research significance, reviews the current research situation of related themes and introduces the research method and so on. The first chapter mainly defines basic conception the belief in the rule of law, cultivation of belief in the rule of law, the socialist core values, and lays the foundation for the following discussion. The second chapter respectively explains the importance of strengthening the students’cultivation of faith in rule of law for cultivating and practicing the socialist core values, from the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values for strengthening the Legal belief cultivation, cultivation of law belief of college students is an important part of whole society to strengthen the belief in the rule of law.In this part. combining the research on college students’ belief in the Legal, the status of contemporary college students and working conditions of the cultivation of faith in law. we made a full knowledge and careful analysis. The third chapter, analysis respectively from the state and society, universities, families, students themselves four aspects and proposes countermeasures to strengthen cultivating work on college students’belief in rule of law in cultivating and practicing socialist core values.
