Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Sense Of Rule Of Law

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the core values of socialism,with the "three advocates" as its basic content,which conforms to the requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the content of the socialist core values adhere to the principle of keeping pace with the times.From the beginning of the founding of new China and even after the founding of New China for a long period of time,the contents are based on political education.With the change of the tasks of the party,the contents of education include the political,ideological and moral education.Along with the deepening of reform and opening up,educational content has once again a new extension,on the basis of the original content,the content of legal education and psychological education are increased.According to the situation at that time,Deng Xiaoping pointed out that there are so many young people to go to the crime,one of the reasons is that their cultural quality is too low,so the most important thing to strengthen the legal system is to carry on education.With the development of the times,the contemporary socialist core values is the result of practice in various periods and is mainstream values.As one of the basic elements,we can see the importance of the rule of law.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should attach great importance to the construction of the rule of law,promote the awareness of the rule of law in society as a whole,enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of the whole society to rule the law,and create a glorious law-abiding society.Make all the people become a loyal advocates,consciously observer and firm defenders of the rule of law.College students are the backbone of the motherland and is the successor of communism.They have a high scientific and cultural quality.Our country,society and families have invested enormous human,material and financial resources to cultivate this group.This paper explores the cultivation of university students' consciousness of rule of law in China to achieve the rule of law of great guiding significance.In this paper,the questionnaire survey method is used to analyze the status quo,causes and countermeasures of cultivating college students' awareness of the rule of law.The whole thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research purpose and significance of this paper,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research present situation.The second part is an overview of college students awareness of rule of law and initially defined the concept of consciousness,the rule of law and other related concepts,summarizes the relevant theoretical basis,point out the importance of rule of law in socialist core values.The third part explains the present situation of today's college students legal consciousness cultivation through the questionnaire data analysis;The fourth part analyzes the problems from individual,family,school and social level.The fifth part puts forward some measures to solve the problems from the education subject,the educational content,the educational mediator and the educational environment,etc.in combination with the theory of ideological and political education.
