Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education For College Students

In recent years,with the rapid increase of the number of college graduates in China,China has put forward the policy guidance of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",which requires to solve the problem of difficult employment of college students and pro mote employment through entrepreneurship.After more than four years of practice and exploration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,in novation and entrepreneurship education for college students can alleviate the employm ent difficulty of students and guide the whole country to carry out "mass entrepreneurshi p and innovation",hoping to drive the employment of students by promoting entreprene urship.At present,China's innovation and entrepreneurship education has changed from a narrow sense of supporting students to a broad sense of innovation and entrepreneurs hip education,focusing on improving students' quality and cultivating students' innovati ve spirit.China's innovation and entrepreneurship education has entered the reform period fr om the development period.Although some progress has been made,there are still som e problems.For example,local governments and universities do not attach importance t o innovation and entrepreneurship,and their educational concepts are lagging behind.N ot closely integrated with professional education;Lack of consciousness and ability of t eachers and single teaching form;Practice platform shortage,guidance and help did not do a real problem.H province is a major province in higher education,but there are still many problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.This paper pays attention to the combination of theory and practice,based o n the theory of subjectivity education,adopts the ecosystem thinking mode,and makes an in-depth investigation and Research on innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students in three local colleges and universities in H provi nce by using empirical research methods.Find out the existing problems from th e micro,medium and macro perspectives,analyze the causes of the problems,an d finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,the topic of inn ovation and entrepreneurship education is based on the national policy orientation,the inevitable trend of university reform and the needs of students.After definin g the concept of innovative entrepreneurship education and the concept of innova tive entrepreneurship education for local college students,the theoretical basis an d research methods are selected.Secondly,it summarizes the research status of i nnovation and entrepreneurship education for college students both at home and abroad.Draw lessons from foreign models and analyze the current problems of d omestic research.Summarize the inadequacies of current scholars' research,and sel ect their own research objects.Thirdly,through the selected three different levels of universities,the current situation of College Students' innovation and entreprene urship is investigated in three aspects: cognition,attitude and ability.Among the m,the comparison between H province and the whole country and the difference analysis between the three universities are made.Based on the ecosystem theory,t his paper divides the environmental impact factors of students themselves,univer sities and society,and investigates the real environment of innovation and entrepr eneurship education by empirical research.This paper summarizes the probles exi sting in college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education from three asp ects: cognition,attitude and ability.Finally,through the three perspectives of stud ents themselves,the internal environment of universities and the social impact,th is paper analyses the problems existing in college students' innovation and entrepr eneurship education,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three perspectives.
