Research On Information Service Strategy Of University Archives Based On Internet

With the rapid development of the society and the Internet,the user groups such as university administrators,teachers and students,social researchers and so on put forward higher requirements to the service of the university archives.The traditional university archives service model cannot adapt to the Internet age and how to make the service mode of university archives keep pac e with the times is an urgent problem to be solved in the current university archives.Through sorting out the domestic and foreign university archives service system,this paper summarizes the successful experiences of the archives of colleges and universities at home and abroad,clarifies the development direction of the archives of colleges and universities,analyzes the characteristics of different users,and determines the information service of archives in colleges and universities range.This paper systematically expatiates on the development trend of the information service and the function orientation of the university archives,and analyzes the connotation,principle and basis of the information service function of the university archives,systematically carries on the theory to the information service of the university archives Analysis,and put forward the archives of China's information service model and implementation details laid the theoretical foundation.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the interviewing and questionnaire survey methods were used to investigate the population of college archives.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested to determine the scientificity and rationality of the questionnaire,the using crowd includes archives staff,teachers,students,social scientists.The students are divided into undergraduates,postgraduates and doctoral students.The social characteristics such as sex and age of the population are investigated,and in this way,the p resent situation of college archives is studied in detail.The information service model proposed more detailed and comprehensive implementation strategy.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire,the main problems existing in archives of colleges and universities are determined,and the main problems are analyzed in depth.On the basis of field investigation,this paper puts forward the information service strategy of university archives from the three aspects including specialization,integration and publicization.The service strategy can be customized according to the specific needs of different groups of users to provide dedicated services to improve service quality.Integrated information value-added service strategy can rely on the information system,from the perspective of vertical development and horizontal integration of information resources,so as to provide users with fast,high quality and convenient information services.The publicized information service strategy can make the university archives from the campus service to the social service as well as the world service,so that university archives to a higher degree of integration into the community and serve the community.The information value-added service of university archives can change the traditional service mode of university archives,improve service consciousness and service quality,make college archives into the Internet age,so as to provide more efficient and better quality for teachers and students and social scient ists and contribute to the development of society.
