Study Fo Heibei University Archives Information Service Strategies

In April 2014, the State Council general office of The Government Information Disclosure Work Points in 2014, which requires college admission information and transparency in financial information, management and project of science and technology, public health care information, employment information, publicity and information disclosure of social security information, the archival information mentioned in the agenda. This initiative is the University Archives information environment, great changes have taken palce. College teachers, administrators, researchers, students, social workers, and other different file information user groups, has been presented in archives information needs of the individual and diversity more obviously, however, traditional archives information service modes have been unable to meet the demand for this kind of information.This paper introduces the present situation of university archives information service, the author found problems during the practice in Hebei archives, based on the archives borrowed record for data analysis, and has carried on the questionnaire survey, on the basis of this, the development of the university archives information service put forward concrete strategies.
