Research On The Archives Information Service Of Universities Based On User Demand

With the development of society,more and more attention has been paid to the information resources,the use of breadth and depth has been a great development.As an important part of information resources,the development and utilization of archives information resources in Colleges and universities are faced with opportunities and challenges.As a special organization of information service,the university archives have gradually realized that the closed and resaved management mode can not meet the needs of social development and hinder the development of Archives,The university archives must take the user demand as the center,change the service idea,change the service pattern and the management pattern.The university archives information service for user needs as the research subject,this is not only a positive response is the development of the times and society,but also to cooperate fully with the changing functions of the university archives institutions and the rapid development of archives informatization.At the same time,the university archives can provide users with quality services to meet customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction.This article is divided into four chapters,the first chapter the introduction part mainly introduced the thesis research purpose,significance,research review and research ideas and methods.The second chapter is an overview of the university archives information service and user needs related content,expounds the concept and characteristics of information service of university archives,the concept and characteristics of user demand,the intrinsic link between the university archives information service and user demand,make clear the necessity of the archives information service based on user's requirements.The third chapter mainly elaborates the demand investigation and analysis of university archives information users,through the questionnaire design and questionnaire issued,analysis and statistics,found that the archives information needs of users of the existence and problems of information service of University archives.In the fourth chapter,according to the survey findings,the author discusses the optimizing of the archives information service strategy,that is people-oriented,enhance service awareness;to optimize the resources,development and utilization of archival resources in Colleges and universities;expand the service mode,service channels,including personalized service,integrated service,collaborative service.
