Primary school education is an important part of basic education,the student schoolwork burden has been also received extensive attention of education circles and even the whole society.Hence,the country has promulgated a number of the“ burden”policy,it not only did not have the desired effect,but also intensified.In the whole process of the lightening burden,it seems that people pay more attention to the schoolwork burden of the primary school students in the cities,but has neglected that the rural pupils' schoolwork burden is also a part of the “burden”.This paper research an rural primary school in Shanxi province to know the condition of schoolwork burden.The whole paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly elaborated the reason of selected topic,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and difficult point or research and innovation.The second chapter is an overview study of elementary school students' schoolwork burden.First of all,this paper defines some core concepts about the schoolwork,burden and schoolwork burden.Secondly introduces the characteristics and types of schoolwork burden.Finally analyzes the measure of schoolwork burden.The third chapter is the investigation of the present situation for Z school students' schoolwork burden.Mainly from two aspects of objective and subjective,the investigation found that Z school students' burden is overweight.The objective aspect include students' daily learning time is too long,the implementation of class curriculum is not reasonable,lack of sleep time and so on.The subjective aspect mainly include the burden of poor students' physical condition and mental state.The fourth chapter analysis the unreasonable causes of Z school students' schoolwork burden.From three aspects of school,family and society.The fifth chapter put forward the suggestions to improve the students' schoolwork burden of the rural primary school.School aspect including schools must set up scientific education idea,standard teaching behavior;teachers should improvethe comprehensive quality and teaching efficiency;students should promote autonomous learning ability,learn to self-regulate.Family aspect including parents should set up the correct value concept,create a good family atmosphere,master the scientific education methods,promote the family-school cooperative.Social aspect including society must set up the right talent,improve the system of education evaluation;the government should optimize the allocation of education resources,strengthen the executive regulation.
