In the contemporary school music education in our country,it includes thespecial school music education and the general school music education,theintellectual backward school music education is an important part of the specialschool music education,also is the basic composition of the contemporary schoolmusic education indispensable.It is more and more important to pay attentionto the music education of the teachers in the mental retardation of Kunming,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.The aim is to improvethe school music education for the mentally backward school music educationThe development of reference.This paper expounds the relationship and difference between the musiceducation and the music education and the music therapy in the school,and usesthe method of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,observation,interview and so on.School music teachers and student parents to issuequestionnaires,and some of the school's music teachers and managementpositions teachers interviews,the five schools of mental retardation in Kunming,the following aspects of the investigation: school curriculum,music educationFacilities and equipment,the basic situation of music teachers,music educationand teaching related to the parents of students for the attitude of musiceducation.The conclusion is:(1)teachers,the imbalance between men and women in the mentalretardation school in Kunming,the music teacher is a prominent problem,mostly female teachers and mostly teachers,more than half of non-musiceducation,music teachers need to improve special education and Musicprofessional knowledge.Teaching age to 5 years or less,the lack of intelligencebehind the school students layered teaching experience and special educationtheory of knowledge training.Undergraduate and above accounted for a largerproportion of teachers,the overall higher education,teachers and teachersbetween the workload of the gap between the proportion of half of the part-time,music teachers,scientific research ability is poor,should strengthen thecorresponding training and learning Recruit new teachers to improve thecorresponding professional requirements.(2)the public intelligence behind the school and the mental retardation PeiZhi school in the school hardware on the gap between the private intelligencebehind the school music education facilities are not fully equipped,the number isnot sufficient,the government should increase the private intellectual backwardschool capital investment The Kunming mental retardation school music classnormal situation,teaching content in teaching can not refer to the teachingmaterials,mainly to self-compiled and school-based teaching materials,targetedis not strong,there is no complete teaching system and evaluation system,schoolmusic The degree of emphasis on education is not enough,there is no lack ofacademic exchanges between schools and schools.(3)Parents 'family guidance is of great significance to the music educationof students with mental retardation.Parents' attitude towards music educationis also worthy of study.The guidance of family music education should also beincluded in the mental backward school Of music education.(4)Kunming has not yet introduced the policy of intellectual educationbehind the school music education policy,there is no special mental behind theschool management department,leading a serious shortage of research work.We should pay close attention to the policy of "attending classes" and "combining medical education",setting up supportive institutions andsupporting support for special families.Strengthen the theoretical research anddevelop the theoretical system of music education for the intellectual backwardschools in Kunming.
