Rural education in our country lags behind that of the phenomenon of the city has been widespread, countries have promulgated a lot of documents about reduce the gap between urban and rural education, rural education but has still not been due attention, urban and rural education gap is still a gap cannot span, the rural education problem has become a problem of the utmost importance in our country, is also a weak link in the education of our country. Overflow from the Luanxian youzha town of 6 countryside elementary school music education present situation, this paper through literature, interview, content analysis and questionnaire investigation method, comprehensive analysis of overflow Luanxian youzha town primary school music education problems, after analysis of its recommendations, the author thinks that in improving teaching methods and make an adjustment on adding new teaching content, the local music culture into the music classroom, and make the local music of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance.
