Research On Relationship Problems Of The Hui Nationality Floating Children

With the deepening of the reform and opening up and establishing and improving of market economic system of socialism,To speed up the urbanization process in China,a large number of rural surplus labor force Into the city,the scale of the social mobility is more and more big.The children of floating population on school age that following the parents enter cities go to school,become a huge special group.It’s more and more valued to the migrant children’s problems.relationship problems of the Hui nationality floating children cause bad effect of their Learning life and The development of physical and mental health.The purpose of this study is through research on relationship problems of the Hui nationality floating children and found the current situation of their relationship problems,analysis of drill.And intervene them with professional social work method.Help them to overcome obstacles of relationship.Improve the interpersonal ability.Help them into their school life better.In this paper we taking them as the object that a primary school of Hui,Tianshui city.By means of random sampling questionnaire survey method and Interview method to survey with four dimensions.Through the four dimensions that communicating,communication and making friends,the way one gets along with people,communicate with people of the opposite sex to found the relationship problems and influence factor.Choose some migrant floating children that have a serious problem on interpersonal relationships and get involved by methods of social work.A total of seven times in group work.And through them to help them improve their self-confidence and learn listening skills and interpersonal skills,Interpersonal skills,and how can we deal with the emotional problems.Through the evaluation in the late stage of team work,to improve in their interpersonal skills and interpersonal ability aspect of the problem.in the end,in the aspect of social work practice based on the effect of the social work service and problems.Put forward thecountermeasures on relationship problems of the Hui nationality floating children and social work service.
