Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China’s market economy, the more developed economy and more job chances at cities attract a large number of labor from the rural to the urban. The substantial floating population has become a trend. Some parents keep their children staying at home, who we call "left-behind children"; the other children live with their parents at the place where they are residing outside, who we call "migrant children". At present, the floating children face many problems, especially the floating children learning behavior deviation problem, the problem is not only related to their own personal good development,, and to some extent, affects the quality of compulsory education, and the future development of the country. Currently, the research on migrant children is mostly from the macro perspective, such as adaptability of the city, social identity, thinking of the compulsory educational equity or the legal issues. Rare reaches study migrant children problems and difficulties from the microscopic perspective. If it has, the papers more study the mental health from the perspective of psychology or education. Lacking of analysis and research on the perspective of social work, It seems that the depth of the reaches in migrant children is insufficient.The author based on the above background, During the internship at Wuhan X Elementary School, after we made the in-depth observation, questionnaire and interview,we sort out the manifestation of migrant children’ learning deviation behavior:First is not complying with classroom discipline; the second is not completing assignments on time; the third is not actively using their brains. On this basis, further to make a needs assessment of migrant children’ learning deviation behavior, and analyzes the causes of their learning behavior, mainly relates to the social environment, family, school, and so on, which lay the foundations for the design of the team work. Next, according to the result of the investigation and analysis of front, the author make the team work plan. This study based on the social learning theory and social-ecological systems theory. We conducted group activities for migrant children who had the bad learning habits through the effective integration of group work methods and classroom management. And each group of evaluation to promote the improvement of the team plan and improve the effect of intervention. Hope that the effective combination ways of group work methods and classroom management to help migrant children to improve their learning deviant behavior problems and promote good growth of migrant children, and apply to the social work intervention methods in new areas, which provide theoretical guidance for future research.
