Wisdom is a kind of psychological quality and operational ability,and Chinese teaching needs wisdom.Nowadays,the content of Chinese teaching is less,and the progress is slow as well as the effect is poor,and it is a waste of time,which can not be fundamentally resolved.In the Chinese class,teachers instill the knowledge and students feel dull.It is urgent for teachers to infuse water into the wisdom of the Chinese teaching.Chinese is the unity of the tool and humanism.The teachers are required to possess the wisdom of teaching,with a new round of basic education curriculum reform in the country to carry out in depth,the attendant problems are inevitable.It is necessary for teachers to play the wisdom of teaching to overcome the problem,and it is highlights the importance of Chinese teaching wisdom.A significant symbol of teachers' professional development is to have Chinese teaching wisdom.The form of Chinese teaching wisdom can cultivate the happiness and realize the meaning of life.In the long-term middle school Chinese teaching practice and Chinese education teaching research,Wang Jun,a national middle school teacher,has initiated his own teaching philosophy of "Youth Chinese" and has formed his own unique teaching wisdom in Chinese language.This paper takes Wang Jun youth wisdom of Chinese teaching as the research subject,mainly adopts the method of literature,interview,observation,case study and so on,based on the new curriculum idea and teacher Wang Jun's Youth Chinese view.The whole thesis consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The main body is composed of four chapters.Introduction mainly expounds the origin,purpose and significance of the study,literature review,ideas and methods,key points,difficulties and innovations and other related issues.The first chapter dilates the interpretation of Youth Chinese teaching wisdom.Through the understanding of the concept of wisdom,then interpret the connotation of teaching wisdom.By outlining Wang Jun's concept of Youth Chinese,and then the connotation and characteristics of Youth Chinese teaching wisdom can be elucidated.The second chapter elaborates the theoretical foundation Wang Jun's Youth Chinese teaching wisdom.The education theory of "three incarnations" and multiple intelligence theory of these two theories provide some theoretical support for thegeneration of Youth Chinese teaching wisdom.The third chapter combined with teaching cases,the third chapter analyses Wang Jun's teaching wisdom in the practice of Chinese teaching.This is the focus of the whole text.Focusing on the two aspects of the wisdom of Youth Chinese teaching and the wisdom of Youth Chinese teaching,this chapter dissects analyses the practice exploration of Wang Jun's Youth Chinese teaching wisdom.The fourth chapter is the inspiration of Wang Jun's Youth Chinese teaching wisdom to consider the value and limitation of Wang Jun's Youth Chinese teaching wisdom in practice.This is another innovation of this paper.Conclusion sums up and summarizes the arguments and results of this paper,which shows the significance of the research on Wang Jun's Youth Chinese teaching wisdom.This paper hopes to provide a theoretical basis for improving Chinese teaching and expanding the research field of Chinese teaching theory,and hopes to encourage the majority of Chinese teachers to learn teacher Wang Jun's Youth Chinese teaching wisdom and generate their own teaching wisdom,but to avoid the show,pan-man culture and other undesirable phenomena in the practice of language teaching,but to carry out targeted improvement and perfection,aiming to lead the professional growth of teachers,promote the development of the main body of teachers and students,to provide reference and guidance for middle school Chinese teachers and Chinese teaching practice.
