Teacher's Morality Construction In Shangxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area's University

After the Marco Polo Bridge incident,China entered a period of the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War.To adapt to the War and the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area demands and to change visage of backward education of Border Area.The central party committee established more than a dozen institutions of higher education including the anti-Japanese training school,the Shanbei Public school and the Yan'an Natural Academy to cultivate a large number of talents for victory of Anti-Japan War and Liberation War,the revolution,construction and reformation of China.Under the leadership of CCP,the teachers of Border Area expanded spirit of patriotism,adhered to educate for anti-Japanese War,served principle of the masses of militant workers and peasants,did self-reliance,did hard pioneering and reflected better moral cultivation and professional qualities.Firstly,the thesis analyses systematically the premise and base of research—that is the necessity and importance of morality construction of higher education teachers of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area.On this basis,based on college teachers' physical truth in Border Area that six facts of construction of college teachers' morality of Border Area—that is high aspirations and hard political stand;respecting students,loving students,living in harmony and cooperating with students;the work styles of seeking truth from the facts and seeking truth and being pragmatic;the fine tradition of doing self-dependence and hard work and plain living;the professional Dedication Spirit of “Revolutionary first,Work first,Other members first”;the curious spirit of lifelong learning and diligently working without feeling tired.These are core content of thesis.After that,the thesis further analyses the specific measures of college teachers' moral construction of Border Area and reveals the characteristics of demonstration,universality,practicableness and times of college teachers' moral construction of Border Area.The educational theory of CCP was enriched by college teachers' moral construction of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area which urging the mature of Maoism;cultivating lots of professional talents to make an enormous effort to the revolutionary victoryand nation-building;creating a new world of college teacher's moral construction of CCP.In the course of achieving the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,enhancing college teachers' moral construction should pay attention to the status of teachers' ethics in education and strengthen the appraisal mechanism of teachers' moral construction;adapting times requirement and continuously enriching content of college moral construction;constructing better atmosphere of teachers' moral construction and increasing teachers' economic incomes and social status;continuously exploring the new way of teachers' moral construction.
