Higher vocational colleges is an important part of general education in colleges and universities,it focuses on the training applied talents with high technology level.With the development of the society,the growing demand for higher vocational students on the market,there are even some tight department in short supply.It also will create more private colleges founded.From the point of statistics,as of July 2014,a total of 1327 higher vocational and technical colleges,among them,2014 private higher vocational colleges,by a total of 307 accounted for 23%of the national higher vocational colleges.In the process of growth,however,due to the creation time is short,plus school funding is limited,private colleges still exist many problems in the management,especially remuneration packages of these problems.Unreasonable compensation scheme affects not only the enthusiasm and initiative of staff work,but also hindered the development of private colleges and universities.The research object of this article L vocational college in 2005 formally approved for colleges and universities.It depends on the city's geographical advantage,realize the teaching and scientific research,professional education and social training with each other,with leading professional food for college development,coordinated development,and to ensure that more professional benign pattern of running school,gradually improve the vocational college foreign L profile,overfulfilled the enrollment of the superior distribution amount every year.At present a total of more than fifteen thousand teachers and students in school.As L vocational college good momentum of development has also created some problems,especially the compensation plan issues increasingly prominent,has gradually become the bottleneck of college internal management system reform,restricts the\"for the purpose of service,to the employment as the guidance\" the implementation of the strategy of educational policy.How to optimize the L pay package to promote college harmonious development of the vocational college has become a problem to be solved.And this also is the cause of this article.According to this train of thought,this paper first clear the purpose and significance of the research,combining with the status quo at home and abroad,and through the understanding and using of compensation related theory,relying on the questionnaire,on-the-spot interviews,literature collection,such as in the vocational college of L have a preliminary understanding on the basis of the analysis of the existing compensation packages,after in-depth found college of the existing problems of compensation plan,mainly including:pay level is not high,lack of external competitiveness;Pay structure is unreasonable,can't meet the common needs of staff;Pay internal distribution is unfair,affect the college teacher team cohesion;Compensation relationship between lack of balance,the impact of long-term development;Salary system reform and lack of growth mechanism,lack of competitiveness;Evaluation index system is not sound,lack of salary incentive effect.Find out the reasons for the formation of these problems,and carries on the optimization design problem to consider and combining site,according to certain procedures and design principles,build a compensation scheme is more suitable for college development,improve the college staffs job satisfaction,attract more talents to join,in order to improve the competitiveness of the institute,institute of accelerating development,at the same time for the construction of other colleges and universities pay packages and optimization to provide a realistic basis.
