According to the 38th Statistical Report of China Internet Network Information Center, the number of mobile Internet users reached 656 million by the end of June 2016. Mobile Internet environment gradually improved, through the mobile device network to learn to become a trend,while the acceleration of the popularity of equipment to promote mobile phone users to further increase the scale. With the rapid development of intelligent, mobile learning break the constraints of time and space under traditional learning environment to suit for enterprise training.Based on the virtual practice training system completed by the graduated students in recent years. Combining with the present situation of the mobile terminal, this paper studies the design and implementation of the mobile terminal system based on the theory of educational technology as a supporting point. This paper mainly includes the following aspects: Firstly, analyzed the object of the virtual reality training system of mobile terminal. According to the requirements analysis, the object needs are sorted out. Based on the demand, the prototype of the system is presented. The prototype system is analyzed and designed by Axure RP prototype tool. Through the analysis of requirements and prototypes to complete the prototype production.Secondly, based on the interactive design and adult learning as the core of the theoretical basis, this paper proposes an experimental system which can be extended by mobile terminal. In the realization technology of system implementation, Eclipse is used to develop the server, and AppCan development tool completes the process of client development.Data exchange can achieve the system functions, data change through the client to the server Ajax request, the server processes the request,jon form of the request back to the client, the client parse json data,remove the data on the simulation page corresponding location. through this process to complete the configuration of the router in this experimental course on the mobile side of the show. Finally, it discusses how to create a new course based on the theory of finite state automaton,and take the registration of CMCC as an example to illustrate the course of rapid development and batch production. This system provides a simulation teaching experience for the mobile terminal virtual simulation experiment,and provides a design idea for the rapid generation and mass production of new courses based on the finite state automaton (FSA) in exploring the generation method of the mobile terminal course.Finite state automaton is a calculation model which can be regarded as a set of finite number of states in the development of experimental courses. Each state can be migrated to other states through interaction,and the moving state is changed by the interactions and the previous state. Mobile terminal extend virtual practice training system is relay on the rapid development of mobile intelligence in the situation,the finite state automaton used in the context of rapid development of the curriculum came into being. This system has given the standardized study of curriculum design process to how to develop the course in the mobile terminal, provided some advices for the development of virtual experiment course. At the end of this paper, the prospect of this research is also given.
