In nowadays,with the coming of knowledge based economy era,there is an increasingly fierce international competition.Competition in comprehensive national strength is ultimately a talent competition,human resource development depends on the continuous improvement of education system,higher education system as an important and indispensable component of training,is to cultivate senior skilled person who has a strong practical ability on the first front-line work in production,construction and management.Therefore,vigorously develop vocational education is not only the need for education,but also for the needs of society,and the development of vocational education is facing unprecedented opportunities in China.But the relatively late start time of vocational education,university teachers'performance appraisal is still in its initial stage,and the domestic scholars vocational teacher performance assessment study is relatively small,even the basic vocational teacher performance evaluation copy from undergraduate institutions assessment model,or followed the college or school performance measurement,.Performance appraisal system exist some problems more or less,and it can not play its fully role.Therefore,we must build a set of characteristics of teachers which match the assessment system in vocational schools in order to not only adapt to new changes in higher vocational education and new requirements,but also be possible to achieve the sustainable development of vocational education.PY Vocational and Technical College was carried out a systematic research and analysis on the performance appraisal system with the method of literature,observation,interviews and field survey.It pointed out that it's unscientific of the existing evaluation system of assessment indicators.Such as there were more subjective factors,the results of performance appraisal in the Institute were used inappropriately.Result to neither the College of performance management effective,nor meet the requirements of strategic development of the Institute and other issues.This Paper re-build on the Institute's performance evaluation index system,which combined with the development requirements of PY Vocational and Technical College,and teachers should not only have the business practices but also the corresponding practical teaching ability in the Vocational Colleges' personnel training model.In the re-build process,the introduction of KPI was fully developed to the performance evaluation index system,what's more through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),we handed out questionnaires to the relevant experts and collected to analysis them,then constructed the pairwise comparison matrix to determine the weights of each performance measure.Performance evaluation index system should be associated with the development of vocational education and the strategic objectives of the adjustment to update and adjust.The College should strengthen the use of performance appraisal results,did two-way feedback of colleges and teachers,which required the College must take measures from the thinking and action to the implementation of safeguards.Make the performance appraisal really stimulate the enthusiasm of the teachers' initiative and promote their personal development,and thus lay a solid foundation for the strategic development of the College.
