Vocational education in our educational system plays an important part in training a lot of technology talents, for it trained lots of technical students each year for us. Full-time teachers are the soul of vocational and technical college; therefore, how to stimulate the full-time teacher's enthusiasm becomes an issue of common concern in vocational education. In the positive development of education, vocational colleges as a whole has gradually slowed down the pace of expansion,and the core competence in many college has been formed. To properly deal with this situation, in addition to its own capital and a superior policy, they should depend on excellent talent, that is, a contingent of excellent human resources. Therefore, Teacher performance appraisal system in vocational college is the basis for human resources management.In this article, the author researched the existing full-time teacher performance appraisal system of Beijing BK Vocational and Technical College, and found a large number of problems in this system, they are:Performance goals is not clear, Unreasonable assessment index design, Inadequate assessment of the main, The lack of training evaluation, Improper use of examination results. To solve these problems, the author optimized the existing full-time teacher performance appraisal system. In the optimization she used the 360-degree and MBO assessment methods mainly and divided those full-time teachers into 3 categories, meanwhile designed one examination table for each categories, in this way, the existing full-time teacher performance appraisal system of Beijing BK Vocational and Technical College became more scientific and reasonable.This paper is good for the assessment of professional teachers'performance in BK; meanwhile it provides corresponding reference for other vocational and technical college teachers' performance management.
