Performance appraisal is a necessary guarantee for enterprises and institutions to achieve profit goals and promote development.As an effective means of performance management,it has been highly recognized by enterprises and society.It is widely used in profit-oriented enterprises and is relatively lacking in units that apply to state financial appropriations.Although the implementation of performance reforms in public institutions in the 1990 s,and the implementation of a performance-based salary system for college faculty and staff from January 2010,the performance appraisal system has not been applied well in colleges and universities,and it has been applied to higher vocational colleges.The situation is even worse.In recent years,as the country attaches importance to vocational education and continuing education,higher vocational colleges and their affiliated continuing education colleges have ushered in external opportunities for development,and external opportunities must be combined with internal advantages to usher in rapid development.The internal management of vocational colleges and improvement of their internal advantages are imperative,and the establishment of a scientific performance appraisal system is a direct method to strengthen internal management.G Vocational and Technical College is a higher vocational college focusing on construction majors.Its continuing education college is responsible for vocational skills training,continuing education and correspondence education in the construction industry.It has a wide range of training types and faces a diversified crowd.,Bring income generation and other characteristics to the school.However,G Vocational and Technical College adopts the same set of performance appraisal schemes for the performance appraisal of continuing education colleges and general administrative departments,regards the faculty and staff of the continuing education colleges as general administrative staff,and does not conduct performance appraisal for part-time teachers.The unreasonable evaluation plan caused problems such as inaccurate evaluation results,formalized evaluation,and improper application of evaluation results.Therefore,this article discusses the actual performance appraisal plan that is in line with the G Vocational and Technical College Continuing Education Institute,based on the accurate application of the performance appraisal theory to the performance appraisal of the Continuing Education Institute,specific analysis of specific issues,and the application of the balanced score card to the G Vocational Technology The college discusses the performance evaluation of the Continuing Education College from the four dimensions of finance,learning growth,customers,and internal processes.Through the analysis of the current situation of the Continuing Education College’s evaluation,find out the reasons and directly address the problems,and effectively implement strategic management and job analysis and balanced scorecards.In combination,rebuild the performance appraisal system of the Continuing Education Institute of G Vocational and Technical College,strengthen the management of the Continuing Education Institute,improve the performance of the Continuing Education Institute,promote the self-growth of the employees of the Institute,and promote the sound development of the Continuing Education Institute.
