Juvenile delinquency is increasingly becoming a hot issue of social concern.It should be noted that although the causes of juvenile students to embark on the road to crime are multifaceted,the most important thing is its own reasons,they are very weak in the concept of law and also lack of basic legal knowledge.The plethora of criminal cases participated by juvenile not only reflects the weak links in the legal education of primary and secondary schools,but also highlights the importance,necessity and urgency of strengthening the legal education in primary and secondary schools.In order to strengthen the legal education in primary and secondary schools,it should be given full play to the role of the classroom.The "humanity" of Chinese Language Subject determines that the language and the life have more extensive and closer linkages.Besides,teaching materials provide more penetration points in the legal education.Hence,in the process of infiltration of legal education,Chinese Language subject should bear a more important task.Due to the mind of high school students gradually become more mature and stable,it is a good time for penetrating the legal education and establishing the sound outlook on life and values.This topic research discussed the necessity,importance and characteristic of diffusing legal thought in high school Chinese teaching,then closely connected the high school Chinese textbook via routine teaching,succeeded to summarize five items of compulsory teaching materials which could naturally link up with law text,legal system and penetration point refers to laws and regulations.Combining feedbacks of routine teaching,we summarized practical measures and its difficulties and compiled two editions(teacher and student each had one)of these materials to maintain teaching systematically and better learning effect.The teacher's edition includes several plates:details of the law system,typical cases,related information and several development activities,while the student edition merely selects a large number of typical cases to raise questions and promote students' interests,thus make students easily understand and take in about legal system.Due to space limitations of this article,we can't illustrate all the details of teacher edition and student edition and only used "shishuo"(an ancient Chinese prose)as an example in teaching practice link to show the teaching results and rethink to two different edition of the teaching materials.According to the relevant content,we found the compulsory textbook of high school Chinese(PEP edition)contains plenty knowledge of the law,including the viewpoint of personal freedom and safety,environmental protection,cultural relic inheritance,domestic violence,marriage freedom,racial discrimination and so on.To diffuse these legal thought skillfully,the textbook should take the following five aspects into account:arousing interest by tidy introduction,establishing three contemplations,creating situation based on the teaching material,teaching in an easy way combined with practice and gather experience to find better way to teach student efficiently.High school language teachers should improve their legal self-cultivation,to grasp the teaching focus and avoid deviating law knowledge theme,realize win-win situation of Chinese subject teaching and the legal system spread.
