Strengthening the legal consciousness education of middle school students is an essential work of the construction of legal system of China.Which is also the fundamental requireme nt of achieving the people oriented education.Middle school chemistry curriculum has abun dant legal education resources, which provides a wider stage for the legal education of midd le school students.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and practice res earch method to study the permeability of the legal consciousness education in high school chemistry teaching.This paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter One, mainly on the instructions of the research background and significance of research, while the relevant legal concepts, legal awareness, and education on legal awareness were defined. The second chapter, mainly on the analysis the current state of penetration of the legal awareness in rural high school chemistry teaching by questionnaires,explaining the necessity of penetration of legal consciousness in rural high school chemistry teaching. The third chapter, taking the PEP compulsory chemistry I and II for an example, summarizes the contents of which can penetrate the legal system, combined with a new high school chemistry curriculum standards, designed to penetrate the legal awareness of the three teaching cases and teaching practices. The fourth chapter, analysis and summary on teaching practical effects. The fifth chapter briefly describes conclusions of this study, and to reflect on the shortcomings of the study.Make the following conclusions by this study : First, high school chemistry teaching is an effective way to infiltrate and education on legal awareness the legal system to do advocacy work through the legal system penetration, the student’s and education on legal awareness can be raised to a certain extent; two, high school chemistry teaching infiltration of consciousness, requiring teachers to optimize instructional design, refine teaching; three,high school chemistry teaching infiltrate and education on legal awareness program should develop a complete penetration.
