Abstract/Summary:
The rule of law is the symbol of the progress of our social civilization.The harmonious development of society requires the standardization of citizens' rights and obligations.Chinese citizens should know,abide by and understand the law.Middle school students are the cornerstone of the country.They should also receive legal education so as to regulate their own behavior and become the pillar of the country.The school is the main battlefield of middle school students' education.The legal penetration in subject teaching is one of the ways to carry out legal education.There are abundant knowledge contents related to law in the discipline of chemistry.and the new curriculum standard emphasizes the cultivation of students' core literacy.The social responsibility is to allow students to form the correct socialist values.In usual teaching,teachers 'invisible input to students' legal consciousness enables middle school students to grasp the common sense of law in a subtle way,understand the ubiquity of the law,clarify the authority of the law,and abide by the laws and regulations consciously。The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1)expounding the research background,research significance,research status and purpose;2)clarifying the situation of school legal education,the way of students' receiving legal education,their legal consciousness and demand for legal education;3)summarizing the relevant laws and regulations involved in the textbook,and designing the corresponding teaching case for the demand of core literacy in the new curriculum standard;4)evaluating the effect of legal penetration education by comparing the experimental class with the reference one;5)Summary of research results and deficiencies.It can be known from the results that although the school may have irregular legal education activities,the content is relatively broad.As a whole,students only know the criminal law and constitution of thePeople's Republic of China.Little is known about some other laws.Students have a weak sense of law and cannot be properly identified.It can also be seen from the questionnaire that students have shown great interest in conducting law classes,especially the penetration of legal knowledge in chemistry teaching,which has won the support of the vast majority of students.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out legal education in chemistry.Through the establishment of experimental classes and comparison classes,the legal class infiltration education in chemistry is carried out in the experimental classes,while the control classes do not carry out this activity.Comparing the data before and after the experiment,it is not difficult to find that the students in the control class have significantly enhanced their legal awareness,and their mastery of laws and regulations also shows a great advantage over the control class.Chemistry is indispensable and eixists everywhere.The legal penetration education in the teaching of chemistry can stimulate students' interest in learning chemistry,better understand the contribution value of chemical knowledge to society,and maximize the learning efficiency for students in the chemistry classroom.It can also enhance the students' legal consciousness and help them master some legal knowledge.The legal penetration education is one of the important and effective ways to carry out the legal education of middle school students...
