Vocational school teachers shoulder the task of cultivating excellent skilled talents for the country.The level of professional teachers’ teaching ability directly affects the quality of students in secondary vocational schools.In September 2013,the state promulgated the "Vocational Education Teachers’ Competence Standard(Trial)" document,which filled the gaps in the current teaching ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools and provided the basis for improving the teaching ability of vocational teachers.Based on the questionnaire survey of the teaching ability of A teachers in Jiangxi province,this paper analyzes the data of professional teachers in A school in Jiangxi province by means of questionnaire survey method,analyzes the data by SPSS21.0statistical software,uses the variance test and the individual sample T The results of the survey found that the teaching ability of professional teachers in vocational colleges was lower than that of students’ communication and communication ability,professional knowledge ability,teaching evaluation ability,communication and cooperation ability,teaching research and professional development ability.The results of interviews with six professional teachers in the school are consistent with the data analysis.The reasons for these problems are: school management teaching management mechanism is not perfect;school teaching management division of labor is not clear;school teaching resources integration is unreasonable;professional teachers to enhance the lack of awareness of teaching ability;school-enterprise cooperation docking is not close.Therefore,according to the above reasons,through the combination of internal and external environment,combined with the relevant literature and the views of experts,as well as their own internship experience from the school teaching management and teaching activities to promote the following two aspects of teaching teachers to enhance the following strategies:Learning to teach and teach "mechanism,pay attention to the late teaching improvement feedback;improve the vocational school incentive incentive mechanism;strengthen the induction training,assessment of teachers teaching ability;encourage the sharing of public demonstration class resources;organization of professional teachers to participate in school-based research and teaching reform. |
