The Application Of ABC Theory In The Cultivation Of College Students' Emotional Management Ability

Contemporary college students community mood emotion problem increasingly diversified and complicated,but its own emotion management conditions are not so good.The author attempts through ABC theory and the combination of professional social work method to open up new paths,the cultivation of the college students' emotion management ability enables college students to effectively get rid of emotional distress,through their own power to keep individual positive state,thus achieve the harmonious interaction of good welfare state and social environment.In this study,the author based on the integration of the related literature material and current of the college students' emotion management,ABC theory is applied to the applicability of the college students' emotional management has made certain analysis;On this basis,the author designed and personally involved in the four college students group,emotion management ability training education development according to the whole process of monitoring and evaluation,the author respectively from team work and the application of these two aspects of ABC theory to reflect on the concrete practice.The author thinks that:ABC theory emphasizes the individual as far as possible play the positive role of cognitive evaluation,group work method on the basis of professional ethics of social work value,group through creating a favorable learning atmosphere and interactive environment to promote individual behavior change;The combination of the two groups for college students ability construction aspects are of great help to solve the problem of emotion,at the same time,the combination of both can effectively promote students' personality development and personal growth as well as the construction of social support networks of individuals;In theory and practice of combining the concrete barriers and problems occurred in the process also gives the author the certain enlightenment:the cause of contemporary college students group emotional emotional problems are various,emphasize the individual active play to subjective initiative at the same time should also pay attention to the surrounding environment,the influence of objective factors such as social support.Education workers in colleges and universities should try to develop the school social work,constantly explore new ideas of improving the emotion management ability of university students;At the same time,should also actively create a good educational environment,build a harmonious developmental new education mechanism,to help students groups fundamentally solve the problem of emotions,get rid of the psychological dilemma.
