With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,China's economy and society have developed rapidly,the level of urbanization continues to increase,and more rural people have chosen to work in cities.Since then,there have been many migrant workers in the city.At first,the individual went out to work.By the time the family migrated to the city,there was another figure in the city--the children of migrant workers.In the face of new environment and pressure,good emotional management can make migrant children adapt well to the new ones.life.This article is a practical study on the emotional management team conducted by senior students in a migrant elementary school in Suzhou.Through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,observation and interview,the author explores the problems and needs of migrant children's emotional management,sets team work goals,and conducts group work plans from the three dimensions of emotional cognition,emotional expression,and emotional regulation.The team members were composed of six people with weak emotional management capabilities.A total of six group activities were conducted before and after,and the service period was one and a half months.The group activities showed the positive effects of the group work in cultivating the emotional management skills of migrant children and provided relevant experience and lessons for the social work of the migrant child emotional management team.The group used social learning theory and emotional ABC theory as the theoretical basis,combined with the emotional therapy model.It aims to explore the application and effectiveness of group work in improving emotional management capabilities,and discusses the work skills and work strategies of group work in improving emotional management capabilities.The results of this study show that the group's social work has a significant effect in improving the emotional management capabilities of migrant children.After the group's six panelists,the emotional scales have changed from before.Emotional ABC theory and social learning theory can also be learned and accepted by migrant children.The assessment results show that the clients have improved their emotional cognition,their emotional expression is more appropriate,and their emotional control is more reasonable.This will greatly help them in their future study and life.The group work has achieved certain results.
